When Glenn was going through his divorce, he had several friends that help him. The Smiths, Tom and Missy, help him the most. The 3 of them were friends since high school. Glenn, Tom and Missy finally ended up buy a big place together, sharing all costs of the place. Glenn had his bedroom up in a loft above the main bathroom near the kitchen, and the Smiths had 4 bedrooms down stairs on the other side of the house – it was like 2 separate living areas with the kitchen and family room in-between.
Glenn had 1 daughter, 8 years old, and the Smith’s had 5, ages 5 thru 14. They usually worked well together, sharing the cooking and chores, including the kids. Generally things were good between the families.
The Smiths older daughter, Becky, was 11. She was a dreamer, and often got lost in the beauty of where they lived. He finally decided that he would not pursue her at all for fear of being found out, and see how she would react.
